The Protein Purification Team will purify tagged and untagged proteins using standard chromatography methods from µg to g scale, and can also develop protein purification processes that can be scaled up for downstream processing and manufacturing. 

Experience

• 15+ years: Protein engineering, purification, characterization and chemical modification, management and dissemination of research projects
• 10+ years: Intact protein mass spectrometry and peptide mass fingerprinting
• 5+ years:  Protein activity analysis
