The NBF is addressing key research questions in mammalian cell culture engineering. Simultaneously we pursue drug development objectives of colleagues at DTU Bioengineering and DTU HealthTech focusing on development of novel biopharmaceuticals.
The key focus areas include:
- Rational cell engineering to improve product yields
- Glycoengineered cell platforms for potent drug candidates
- Big data approaches to advance bioreactor process development.
